Mark Shurtleff (born August 9, 1957) is founder and Senior Partner of the Shurtleff Law Firm and founder and Principal of a legal and regulatory compliance consulting practice, the Shurtleff Group. He was a partner in the Washington DC office of the national law firm Troutman Sanders.〔http://www.troutmansanders.com/〕 He started this position January 2013 and resigned in June 2013 to spend more time in Utah and start his own practice.
